About the Role: Juniper is seeking a capable and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a split portfolio across Residential Recruitment and Corporate & Central Services roles. This role has been designed as a return-to-work opportunity, offered at approximately 25 hours per week. To support effective portfolio management and stakeholder continuity, hours will be worked across 4 or 5 days, with flexible start and finish times agreed to suit individual circumstances and operational needs. You will join an established and supportive recruitment team, contributing to end-to-end recruitment delivery while maintaining flexibility. Example Working Pattern (Indicative Only) 5 shorter days (school-friendly option): Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm Alternative patterns across 4 days may also be considered, provided hours are spread to support portfolio coverage. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment across a split portfolio of Residential and Corporate & Central Services roles Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities Manage job advertising, candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations aligned to skills and cultural fit Prepare offers, manage pre-employment checks, and support onboarding processes Ensure recruitment activities comply with Juniper policies, Fair Work requirements, and relevant legislation Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide clear communication to candidates and stakeholders Contribute to talent pooling and pipeline development for recurring roles Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to support service delivery and continuity Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or corporate environments Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage priorities within part-time hours Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach Sound understanding of recruitment compliance and best practice Someone seeking a flexible, return-to-work or part-time opportunity with meaningful responsibility What We Offer: 12-month fixed-term contract at 0.62 FTE (approximately 24 hours per week) Flexible working arrangements, with hours spread across 4 or 5 days Access to salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum tax-free (pro-rata) A supportive and experienced recruitment team environment Meaningful work supporting residential care and central services recruitment How to Apply: To apply, submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your interest via the link.
